One of the worst things that can happen in a home besides fire is water damage. The images below show a mishap from a leaky dishwasher that the homeowner noticed shortly after it occurred so mold wasn’t an issue. Thankfully it was just a bedroom on its own so we scraped off the snow tex and cleaned up the whole ceiling for a paint finish instead.
