Sterling Interiors – ensuring a professional, flawless look

When it comes to drywall finishing, there are six levels to choose from, ranging from Level 0, where no taping, finishing, or accessories are used, to Level 5, which is considered a premium finish with the highest degree of quality.

Achieving a Level 5 finish requires all the aspects of a Level 4 finish, along with an additional skim coat of joint compound to cover the entire surface. However, with our specialized spray applications of drywall neutralizers, we can take drywall from a Level 4 finish to a Level 5 finish in just one step.

One product that our customers rave about is our high hide primer-surfacer, which minimizes the chance of call-backs by greatly reducing joint banding and fix points. This means that nail or screw holes won’t be visible through the paint finish, ensuring a professional, flawless look. This product is especially important when dark colors, gloss/semi-gloss finishes, or critical light areas are specified.

Additionally, this product can be left unpainted to achieve a flat white ceiling, saving the builder or homeowner money.

At our company, we pride ourselves on our commitment to customer satisfaction. Images are from an older split-level we revitalized. We finished off the drywall by painting the ceilings after our Level 5 application with Sherwin Williams CHB. Turned out beautifully.
