Split-level homes were quite popular in the 1970’s, but today buyers prefer the open-concept layout. Split-level home renovations, from removing walls, to using lighter paint colours, to installing custom lighting, to name a few, can really modernize the space in these homes and make them much more appealing (especially to younger buyers!).

These images are a look back at an older split-level we revitalized. We had Insul-Foam Services spray 6″ of closed cell spray foam to the underside of the roof and then we finished off the drywall. We took this one a step further by finish painting the ceilings after our Level 5 application with Sherwin Williams CHB. Turned out beautifully.
