BEL-AIR RESIDENTIAL
This beautiful home we did in Bel-Air a while back highlights our attention to detail and quality of workmanship. The pictures speak for themselves. This one was framed by the very experienced framers at Fluker Construction. Having a good framer in front of us helps the drywall to start out on the right foot.
BRAND NEW RESTAURANTS
Restaurant in the community of Mahogany in southeast Calgary. We’ve recently completed the steel framing and now the trades are almost done their rough-in’s for us to start boarding. We’re really looking forward to seeing this one completed.

Another restaurant we’re currently working on. Check out a few of the images of the project in progress in our gallery below.
BRIDGELAND COMMERCIAL DRYWALL
We recently did a commercial drywall job in Bridgeland. We had an extremely tight timeline on this job as there were lots of delays before we started. We called in lots of help and we finished the job as quickly as possible. The project turned out very nice.
COMMERCIAL OFFICE RENO
Here’s an office reno we did a while back where we re-used some windows and doors from another area of the building that was renovated. It turned out great. This was in a meat plant office area and dust was a major concern. Using the vacuum pole sander system we kept the dust to an absolute minimum. When painted you would think it was part of the original build.
COMMERCIAL RENO
This is another commercial reno showing the t-bar detail in particular. Very nice work here by Dan.
COMMERCIAL BUILDOUT
Here’s a few pics of a commercial buildout we have on the go. There will be lots of Falkbuilt walls to go up after drywall and paint. We normally build out all those walls in steel and drywall but the owner chose a demountable system instead. We’re excited to see it all come together!
DEMISING WALL
While Sterling Interiors is known for its upper end drywall finishing in the residential world, we also do commercial. This is an example of a demising wall we did at a new local brewery. It was a workout for the boarders as it had 3 layers of drywall on each side on a heavy gauge stud. We also took care of the head of wall details with Hilti speed plugs, strips, and speed spray to meet code.
LEGAL SUITE
Here’s a legal suite with the City of Calgary that we insulated and dry-walled. We had Insul Foam Services spray 3″ of closed cell spray foam throughout and changed the feel of the house completely. The ceilings are 6″ Roxul, res-bar and 5/8″ Drywall for a very quiet floor. All walls were insulated as well for extra sound deadening. Ceilings are sprayed with level 5 and top coated with CHB. Beautiful legal suite!
DRYWALL INSTALLATION
Just about ready to install drywall on another project. Insulation is looking nice and tight. Great installers make all the difference!
SKAMOL FIREPLACE
We recently completed this interesting fireplace. The base board is an interesting product called Skamol that has amazing heat resistance. It can be a tricky product to work with but I think our first go at it went very well.
MODERNIZING A SPLIT-LEVEL
These pics are from an older split-level we revitalized. We had Insul Foam Services spray 6″ of closed cell spray foam to the underside of the roof and then we finished off the drywall. We took this one a step further by finish painting the ceilings after our level 5 application with Sherwin Williams CHB. Turned out beautifully.
DOME CEILINGS
It’s not too often that you see a dome ceiling, but when you do, seeing how it comes together will give a greater appreciation of the work that goes into it. Dan showed off his skill in boarding with this one.
TEDIOUS WORK
Not every job is an easy one. These pics show the skill Dan has with difficult jobs like this one. Good framing always helps a lot!
