A look back at one of our commercial office renos

Have a look at an office reno we did a while back where we re-used some windows and doors from another area of the building that was renovated. It turned out great. This was in a meat plant office area and dust was a major concern. Using the vacuum pole sander system we kept the dust to an absolute minimum. When painted you would think it was part of the original build.

We specialize in spray applications of drywall neutralizers to take drywall from a Level 4 finish to a Level 5 in one step. The product our customers are most pleased with is a high hide primer-surfacer. Product highlights include:

  • Minimizes joint banding/photographing
  • Durable coating provides greater resistance to surface abrasions

Highest R-value for your insulation project

Sterling Interiors offers full contract services including insulation. Our insulators are the most conscientious insulation contractors in the city. They care about each and every project and want to obtain the highest R-value for your particular project.

Insulation products we use:

  • Batt Insulation – comes in flat pieces made of fiberglass or mineral wool which is pre-cut into flat pieces and comes in a variety of R-values which can be layered for additional R-value.
  • Blow Cellulose – is a type of wood- or paper-based product mechanically blown into or onto empty spaces in the structural part of a building to slow down the transmission of heat or cold.
  • Spray Foam – can be used in place of traditional batt and poly insulation to fill entire walls achieving a much higher R-value than is possible with traditional insulation, and making it a much tighter sealant and insulator in both residential and commercial applications.
